First visit to the new "barn". As usual, the food didn't Disappoint. The staff is pleasant and upbeat. The food quality and presentation was up to their standard, but the wait for the food was long as was the line to give my order.
It was 11:40 and I thought to beat the lunch crowd, but I was mistaken.
It would be a service to their regulars and occasional visitors to have two people taking orders between 11:30 and 1 - perhaps one to write the order and get drinks and a second to ring up. Or one to handle take out and another to handle eat in.
It is great to have an eating option close to the Riverwalk and with outside tables.

Flying Cow is always my go-to option for a great sandwich when I’m in town. Many sandwich and dessert varieties all under the same roof. Service has always been on point.
